All registrations for LIHMT 2011 should be submitted through the Online Registration system.

The LIHMT 2011 Online registration system supports the following payment methods:

2. Offline: Bank transfer

Registration fees (in Euro)

Regular Fee	80.00 EUR.	100.00 EUR.
Student Fee	40.00 EUR.	50.00 EUR

Students should provide student document when registering. If the participant who has registered as a Student does not provide a student document, the regular fee will be charged.

Participants' registration fee includes:

• Admission to all LIHMT Sessions
• Conference materials
• Certificate of attendance
• Proceedings
• All Coffee Breaks
• Brown bag lunch

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and receipt of full payment.

On-Site Registration hours:

Please have a picture ID available upon arrival at the registration desk.
